A Woman Born with a Purpose
After nine years as a probation officer working in a toxic and racist environment, Lyreshia filed a discrimination lawsuit in federal court against the NJ Judiciary, with no attorney. Prior to working as a probation officer, Lyreshia worked with adolescents diagnosed with behavioral and mental health issues.
In 2021, Lyreshia founded Bonds Consulting. A consuItant firm where we utilize conflict resolution and crisis management skills to educate mankind, advocate for social justice/criminal justice reform and motivate future generations for true change. Our goal is to help people and/or businesses improve and meet their goals, while telling Lyreshia’s story of overcoming.
